At our Daycare Nursery, fees are charged monthly in advance and are made up of a base price which includes all appropriate meals and an additional charge (a credential charge) which covers costs for formula milk, nappies, wipes, nappy creams and sun creams and resources for special activities and snacks. A non-refundable fee of £50 must accompany every registration.
At our Term Time Nursery, fees are payable monthly in advance. If you would like to pick which sessions your child attends, the registration fee is £20.00. If you are happy for the nursery to allocate your sessions, there is no charge to register for a place.
If your child is two years old, or not eligible for funding, we charge according to the tables below per morning or afternoon session. If you are attending a three plus years funded place and wish to add extra sessions you can also purchase these. Please see our ‘help with fees‘ section below for further information on funded places.
Holiday Club fees are charged weekly in advance. The club runs during school holidays from 8 am to 6 pm and Children bring a packed lunch from home to enjoy at the Club.
Children can attend a full day 8am -6pm for £38 per day, or a shorter day 9:30am – 3:30 pm for £28 per day. A 10% discount is offered for siblings.

Prices for the Daycare nursery include lunch & tea plus nappies, wipes, milk & sun cream. Term Time children must bring their own food & supplies. Alternatively, lunch can be purchased for £3.80 per day, breakfast for £1.80 and tea for £1.80 per day.
Fees are charged calendar monthly in advance. The monthly amount is the weekly amount multiplied by 51 (the number of weeks the nursery is open) and then divided by 12. Fees are charged for all holidays and bank holidays, missed sessions due to illness or in the event of the nursery being closed due to circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather, power failure or fire. One month’s notice must be given for any child leaving the nursery or reducing sessions.
A refundable deposit equivalent to two weeks fees must be paid at the time of registration to reserve a place at the Daycare or Term Time nursery. This amount will be deduced from your final bill.
We offer funded places for two, three and four-year olds.
Families in receipt of certain benefits can claim 15-hours per week of nursery education free of charge for children the term after their second birthday. You can check your eligibility on Reading Borough Councils website: www.reading.gov.uk/earlyyearsfunding.
All children can claim 15-hours of nursery education, free of charge, from the term after their third birthday. Terms begin in January, April and September.
Working parents of three and four-year olds may be entitled to free child care for 30 hours per week. You can check your eligibility and apply here: www.reading.gov.uk/thirtyhrschildcare.
Fully funded sessions
If you receive 15 hours funding you can have three free half-day sessions per week, during term time. If you receive 30 hours funding you can have six free half-day sessions per week, during term time.
